  • Paragraph Format

  • Paragraph Font Size

  • Specific Font Size

Paragraph Format

Using Headings in your resume helps readers and search engines quickly understand the structure of your content. Applying appropriate heading levels also highlights key sections, making your resume visually clear and more professional. Follow the steps below:

  1. In the resume edit page, select the paragraph text you want to edit.

  2. In the top toolbar, click “Paragraph Format.”

  3. From the dropdown menu, you may choose: Heading, Normal, Quote, Code.

Note: In the Paragraph Format menu, you can preview the preset colors for all headings and body text to confirm how they appear under different theme color settings.

If you want the formatting to apply only to the selected text and not to the next line, please use Enter to create a new line. If you use Shift + Enter, the formatting will continue and be applied to the following line as well.

Paragraph Font Size

You can adjust the overall paragraph font size within each snippet. Follow these steps:

  1. In the resume edit page.

  2. Click the "Palette" icon in the upper-left corner.

  3. Find “Paragraph Font Size” in the menu.

    • Click “+” to increase the paragraph font size.

    • Click “-” to decrease the paragraph font size.

  4. You may also directly enter a specific font size number for precise control.

Note: This setting is applied to all text using the paragraph format, ensuring consistent and professional paragraph font sizing throughout the resume.

Specific Font Size

If you only want to adjust the font size of selected words or sentences, follow the steps below:

  1. In the resume edit page, select the text you want to resize.

  2. Click the “T icon with up/down arrows" in the top toolbar.

  3. From the dropdown menu, choose the desired font size.

  4. The system will immediately apply the selected font size to the text you selected.
