Your submitted reports will be further handled by our team. The reporting methods for different scenarios are outlined below:

If you receive a message that appears to be inappropriate, follow these steps:
Click the “chat” icon to the left of your profile avatar.
Click ”All Messages“.
Open the conversation with the account you want to report.
Click the ”three-dot“ icon in the top-right corner of the chat window.
Select ”Report“.
Choose the appropriate reason and provide additional details as needed.
Alternatively, you may send relevant information (such as the user’s profile link or message screenshots) to [email protected]. The Cake Customer Support team will review the case in accordance with the Terms of Service and, if necessary, take appropriate action or remove the account to maintain a safe platform experience.
Note: The reporting feature is currently only available on the web version.
Report via Profile
If you come across a suspicious account, you can report it directly from the user’s profile by following these steps:
Go to the user’s profile page.
Click the “Report" icon in the top-right corner.
Select the appropriate reason and provide additional details as needed.
Alternatively, you may send relevant information (such as the user’s profile link or message screenshots) to [email protected]. The Cake Customer Support team will review the case in accordance with the Terms of Service and, if necessary, take appropriate action or remove the account to maintain a safe platform experience.
