In your network of connections, it may include friends you know and colleagues you have worked with. When they have outstanding performance in their careers, you can give your contacts Reputation Credits through the workplace ability evaluation system! The following explains how to edit these settings:

How to Give a Reputation Credit
Click your profile photo in the top-right corner, go to the “Dashboard”.
Select "Reputation Credits" from the left-hand menu.
Click “Give Credit”.
Select the connection you want to give credit to and click “Next".
Select the “Reputation Credit” you would like to evaluate and click “Next".
Enter your Feedback in the comment section, then click “Next".
Select your relationship with the person being evaluated and their job title at the time.
Click “Publish" to complete the evaluation.
Note: Both parties must be connected as connection in order to give a workplace skill evaluation; For being connection with others, please refer to How to Establish My Professional Networks on Cake?
View Given Reputation Credit
Click your profile photo in the top-right corner, go to the “Dashboard”.
Select “Reputation Credits” from the left-hand menu.
Click “Given”.
Click “View All” to see all Reputation Credit records you have submitted.
