How to Register as an Employer
Go to the Cake Sign-Up Page
Fill in your name, email, and password, then click “Sign Up”, or register using a social media account
Choose “Employer” as your reason for joining
Create your personal profile by filling out basic information and clicking “Continue”
Select your role at work and click “Continue”
Click “Continue” again, then click “Send Email Verification” to proceed
Check your inbox for the verification code, enter it on the website, and click “Finish” to complete registration
How to Create a Company
After completing the registration process, the system will automatically redirect you to the Create Company page.
If you already have an account, go to the Cake for Employers homepage and click “Try Now” to begin.Enter your company name, industry, and country, then click “Continue”,
or click “Request to Join” to apply to join an existing company page on Cake.Choose the Cake for Employers feature you want to use first, or go directly to your company homepage:
Post Jobs
Click to proceed with setting up your career page.
Search Talent
Subscribe to a plan to access full talent search features.Use ATS to Manage Applicants or Talent Pool
Use Cake ATS to manage candidates, interviews, and job postings.
How to Create a Career Page
You can create a career page by choosing Post Jobs at the above step,
or by going to Cake for Employers > Company > Career Page.Fill in the required fields in the following order:

About Company
Contact Information
3. Click “Finish”, then click “Publish Career Page”
Please note that If you select “Fill in Later” or leave the page during the process, your inputs will not be saved. We recommend completing the setup in one go.
The Cake team will review your career page within 2–3 business days after submission. Once approved, your career page and job posts will become visible on the Cake platform.
Important Notes About Career Pages
Please keep the following in mind when filling out your career page:
Basic Info
Tax ID Number / VAT
For companies based in Taiwan, a valid tax ID number is required to verify business registration.
For overseas companies, you may enter a local business registration number or tax ID (TIN/VAT) in the field for verification purposes.
Logo
Recommended size: 500 x 500 pixels, under 5MB
Cover Image
Recommended size: 1500 x 500 pixels, under 5MB
About Company
Website URL
Please enter your official company website. If unavailable, you may provide a link to your official social media page instead.
Company contact
Email
Please enter the email address where your recruitment team would like to receive application notifications.
