Steps to Export
Select the date range for the candidates you wish to export (maximum of 3 months), and optionally apply other filters.
Click Export to CSV and name your export file.
Click Confirm. The system will begin processing, which takes about 3–5 minutes.
Once the file is ready, click View Exported History in the top-right corner.
Click Download to retrieve the generated CSV file.
How to Enable This Feature?
This feature needs to be enabled by the Cake Business Team.
If you do not see the Export to CSV option on your screen, please contact your Cake business representative or our support team for assistance.
Feature Design and Data Security Restrictions
To protect candidate data, the CSV Export feature includes the following limitations and safeguards:
Only candidates who applied through your jobs or were manually added by you can be exported
Candidates added through the Talent Search feature cannot be exported
Resume links included in the CSV file are valid for 7 days.
After expiration, they will no longer be accessible. You may go to View Exported History to redownload the file
Why We Redesigned This Feature
The previous version of the export feature encountered issues related to stability and download failures. Based on user feedback, we decided to suspend the original version and redesign it from the ground up, focusing on:
Improving the overall export process and speed
Enhancing system stability and reducing failure rates
Adding access restrictions and security mechanisms to better protect data
We hope the new export feature helps you manage candidate information more efficiently, while also ensuring data privacy and security on our platform.
