With Analytics, employers can review company-level recruitment data, track overall hiring performance and trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve recruitment outcomes.
Go to Cake for Employers and click “Analytics” in the left-hand menu to view the full report.
Scope of Analytics
Eligible Subscription Plans
Analytics is based on job posting and applicant data, and is available only to users with job posting services under the following plans:
Job Posting Plan
Bundle Plan
Customized Plan
Eligible Team Member Roles
To ensure the security of recruitment data, only team members with the following roles can access Analytics:
Company Owner
Super Admin
Job Admin
Data Update Frequency
To provide stable and accurate recruitment insights, Analytics is synchronized daily between 02:30–04:30 (UTC+8). Once the update is complete, you can view the latest data from the previous day.
