Cake AI Screening is one of the AI recruitment tools available in Cake for Employers.

By comparing a candidate’s resume with the job description, the system automatically generates an AI score and a comprehensive analysis report. This helps employers quickly and objectively assess how well a candidate matches the position in terms of skills, experience, and cultural fit.

How to generate Cake AI Screening scores and analysis reports

The Cake AI Screening feature evaluates the match between a candidate’s resume and the job description and generate an AI score. Super Admins & Owners, Job Admins, and Assigned Job Managers can view AI scores via:

  • Cake for Employers > ATS > Jobs > Candidates

  • Cake for Employers > ATS > Jobs > Pipeline

The AI score is displayed beside each candidate’s name.

Clicking the AI score generates a full AI analysis report, which includes:

  • Overall Score: Displays the candidate’s total AI score, including Skill Match Score and Culture & Potential Fit Score.

  • Candidate Summary: Provides a brief overview and full summary generated by AI.

  • Key Strengths & Potential Gaps: Lists the candidate’s main strengths and weaknesses based on the job description.

  • Company Background Analysis: Summarizes the background of the companies listed on the candidate’s resume using publicly available sources.

Please note that each time an analysis report is generated, one report quota will be deducted. When using the feature for the first time, the system will display a notification showing quota usage and remaining balance.

Reports can be generated in English, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Vietnamese, Indonesian, and Japanese. Switching the report to another language does not use additional quota.
