    • How to Use Cake AI Screening

1. How to enable Cake AI Screening?

This feature must be activated by the Cake Business Team. To enable Cake AI Screening, please contact your Cake Business Partner or the Cake Customer Team.

2. Why does a candidate’s AI score does not appear?

Once the feature is enabled, candidates who meet the following conditions will automatically receive an AI score (scoring does not consume quota):

  • The candidate has an uploaded resume file.

  • The resume was uploaded within the past three months.

If these conditions are not met—or if the score is still being processed—the score field will remain blank.

If no AI scores appear in your interface, please contact your Cake Business Partner or Customer Team to confirm that the feature has been activated.

3. How AI Screening quota usage works?

Cake AI Screening does not consume quota when generating AI scores. Quota is only consumed when generating a new analysis report. Quotas reset automatically at 00:00 (UTC+8) on the first day of each month.

For candidates with existing reports, a checkmark icon appears next to their score. Click the score to reopen the previously generated report. For candidates without a report, hovering over the score will display the remaining quota.

4. How Cake AI Screening scores are calculated?

Cake AI Screening analyzes the skills, work experience, and other key information in both the candidate’s resume and the job description, evaluates their compatibility, and produces the corresponding AI score and analysis report.

5. How long it takes to generate an analysis report?

Generating a Cake AI Screening analysis report takes approximately 2–3 minutes.
Once complete, you’ll receive both an in-app notification and an email alert.

6. How to provide feedback on AI analysis reports?

You can provide feedback by clicking the thumbs-up or thumbs-down icons at the bottom right of each section in the AI analysis report.
Your feedback helps us improve the accuracy of AI analysis and enhance recruitment efficiency for all employer partners.

7. How to generate multiple AI analysis reports at once?

When you click an AI score to generate a report, a confirmation prompt appears the first time. If you select “Don’t show this again,” future clicks on scores will generate reports instantly—allowing you to create reports for multiple candidates consecutively.

8. Can I View an AI Analysis Report If the Candidate’s Resume Is Deleted or Updated?

If a candidate’s resume is deleted after an AI analysis report has been generated, the system will indicate that the previous AI score and report are no longer valid.
However, the previously generated report remains viewable.

After uploading a new resume for the same candidate, refresh the page to view the new AI score generated for the updated resume.
You can then click the new score to produce a new analysis report.
