Frequently Asked Questions
How do I set a pipeline as the default?
Go to Cake for Employers > ATS > Jobs > Pipeline and click Set as Default Pipeline on the right-hand side. The current pipeline will be saved as the default template and automatically applied to future job postings.
Only one pipeline can be set as the default at a time. If another default pipeline already exists, the system will prompt you before updating it.
Why can’t I delete a Stage or import a pipeline from another job?
If there are candidates currently in a stage, that stage cannot be deleted, nor can you import a pipeline from another job. Please move candidates to other stages before making changes.
Special scenarios
Multiple users editing the pipeline at the same time
When multiple users edit or reorder stages simultaneously, the system will display a notification showing the latest version of the pipeline preview. Please review the most recent version before deciding whether to save your changes.
Candidates enter a stage while it is being edited
If candidates move into a stage while you are editing or reordering stages, the system will display a notification. Please review the message and confirm whether you still want to save your changes.
