Cake (formerly CakeResume) ATS Integration Service

You can now cross-publish job postings from Lever or Greenhouse to Cake with just one simple click of a button. Below is a brief introduction on how to activate ATS integration and sync your job postings.

How to enable Lever or Greenhouse Integration on Cake?

At Company page > Settings, you will see a section for Third Party Job Boards Integration. To enable this integration, please click "Contact Our Consultant" and book an online meeting with our BD members. 

You will be able to move forward with the activation process once a Cake BD member has turn on the integration for you.

• Please note that you can only sync your job postings from either Lever or Greenhouse at a time.
• When you activate the integration, any updates (including modifications or new postings) on the third-party job boards (Lever or Greenhouse) will sync to Cake within 24 hours.
• You can edit tor manage the status (including hiding or pausing) of the job postings directly on Cake. However, any updates on Cake will not sync back to your third-party job boards.

Steps to Activate Lever Integration on Cake

1. Log in to Lever, go to Settings > Integrations and API, and scroll down to Job boards section

2. Expand the "Job posting feed" tile and click the Generate Job Feed button

3. Copy the code that appears in the "Manual Setup" field

The syntax of the code will always be: https://api.lever.co/v0/postings/{{**accountname**}}?mode=xml

For example, the code for a company with the name Cake would be: https://api.lever.co/v0/postings/cake?mode=xml

4. Paste the code of the job board which you want your job postings to be directed to. Job postings will appear on Cake within 24 hours. (Please note that only the Company page's Owner and Admin can activate this integration).

5. Once integrated, you will see the job posting be flagged as "Reposted from Lever".

Job seekers will also be informed that the job is a repost.

Steps to Activate Greenhouse Integration on Cake

1. Log in to Greenhouse, go to Account settings > Job boards

2. Find the ellipses button and click "Edit Board Settings" in the dropdown menu

3. Copy the code that appears in the "URL" field

The syntax of the code will always be: https://api.greenhouse.io/v1/boards/{{**accountname**}}/jobs?content=true

For example, the code for a company with the name Cake would be: https://api.greenhouse.io/v1/boards/cake/jobs?content=true

4. Paste the code of the job board which you want your job postings to be directed. Job postings will appear on Cake within 24 hours. (Please note that only the Company page's Owner and Admin can activate this integration).

5. Once integrated, you will see the job posting be flagged as "Reposted from Greenhouse".

Job seekers will also be informed that the job is a repost.
