Cake (formerly CakeResume) ATS Integration Recruitment Tracking

You can now track the recruitment results of Cake from the third party job job board that integrates with Cake for job postings. 

• If you've activated Lever integration on Cake, then you can check the recruitment results directly on Lever. 
• If you've activated Greenhouse integration on Cake, below is a brief introduction on how to track your hiring.

1. Log in to Greenhouse, go to Account settings > Custom Options > Sources

2. Click the "Create New Source" button, select "Third-party boards" in the dropdown menu of Sourcing Strategy, name the source "Cake" and click the "Create Source" button

3. Go back to Account settings > Job boards, and click the ellipses button to select "Tracking Link" in the dropdown menu

4. Select "Who gets credit" from the upper dropdown menu(optional). Select "Cake" from the lower dropdown menu. Click the "Create Link" button and copy the link

5. Paste the code into Cake company page > Settings> Greenhouse Jobs Integration field and click the "Activate" button

The syntax of the code will always be: https://grnh.se/{{token}}

If you've completed the integration beforehand, click "Pause sync" button first, and then paste the code and click "Activate" button.

6. Revisit Greenhouse and find the Candidates page from the navigation bar. Select "Third-party boards" > "Cake" as the filter in the dropdown menu of Source, and you will be able to check the information of candidates applying from Cake and the recruitment results.
